Coordinate and support supplier deployment projects (e.g., SupplyOn SCC, Classic EDI, ASN/GTL)
Drive supplier implementation progress by monitoring milestones, negotiating solutions, and overcoming resistance to change
Collaborate with plants, Purchasing, IT/SAP teams, suppliers, and external partners
Support deployment-related projects and ensure smooth handover to operational teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes and deployment standards
Apply and further develop onboarding expertise within the global delivery organization

Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
1–3 years of experience in production and/or logistics, preferably within the automotive industry, with supplier onboarding experience considered a strong advantage
SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA experience, ideally within MM (Procurement) and cross-functional processes
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, combined with resilience, team spirit, and a collaborative mindset
Conceptual thinking, hands-on support experience, and a structured, solution-oriented approach
Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail
Ability to train, influence, and guide users, supported by proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other standard IT applications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
