Role Overview
- Drive the account forward every day and handle the client’s needs proactively.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams.
- Ensure quality in deliverables to the client and manage client communications.
- Own account planning, client reporting, and handle incidents or escalations as they arise.
- Use tools to move faster and document account activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships
- Genuine interest in basketball
- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours with reliable internet.
- Ability to work proactively and independently across teams without formal authority.
