Role Overview
- Execute Amazon operations tasks and gradually take ownership of new initiatives
- Handle customer care emails (mostly FBA, roughly one per day on average)
- Manage forecasting using Sostocked
- creating transfer orders, loading shipments, adjusting for seasonality
- Oversee PPC performance using M19
- daily reviews, adjusting TACoS targets, balancing organic ranking and margins
- Run daily controls across systems to catch issues before they become problems
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and day-to-day operations
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- the kind where you dig into data and figure things out
- Fluent English and good communication skills (you'll be writing to customers and collaborating with the team)
- A proactive, self-starter mentality
- someone who goes after tasks without needing to be told
- Brownie points for: ⭐ Experience with inventory forecasting and supply chain basics ⭐ PPC knowledge and understanding the difference between ACoS and TACoS ⭐ Familiarity with tools like Sostocked, M19, or similar platforms ⭐ Being tech-savvy and comfortable researching new tools and staying on top of trends
