Managing day-to-day healthcare operations of assigned communities
Ensuring residents healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity
Supervising licensed nurses and direct care team members
Strengthening clinical processes within the community
Traveling within the organization to support management of vacant positions, startup communities, vacations/leave of absences, etc.
Requirements
Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
Prefer Four (4) years experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
Prefer Three (3) year experience supervising and managing employees
Prefer Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
Able to effectively teach/train staff
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date.
