Managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the assigned communities to ensure residents healthcare needs are met.
Ensuring residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensuring quality care as residents healthcare needs change.
Supervising licensed nurses and other direct care team members within the community.
Strengthening clinical processes within the community until a replacement is identified, then supporting newly assigned Health Services Director.
Traveling within the organization to support the management of vacant positions, startup communities, vacations/leaves of absences, etc.
Requirements
Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
Prefer Four (4) years experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
Prefer Three (3) year experience supervising and managing employees
Prefer Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
Able to effectively teach/train staff
Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date.
