Develop and maintain Data Catalog activities, ensuring Data Glossary and Data Dictionary items are current
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and data quality assessments
Provide required input to Data Lineage and verify data flows
Serve as first point of contact for expertise inquiries from Business or IT
Participate in IT and business projects, ensuring data requirements and governance principles are upheld
Support business analysts in analyzing incoming data requirements
Implement Data Management processes, standards, and procedures

Educational background in Economics, Business Management, Finance, IT or related field
Proven work experience as Data Steward, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, IT System Analyst or similar
At least 3 years professional experience in data governance and data management
At least 1 year experience in banking or finance industry
Very Good SQL knowledge
Very good understanding of data warehousing and reporting concepts
Very good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Atlassian JIRA, Confluence)
Ability to bridge IT and business requirements
Problem solver mindset with attention to detail
Experience with DWH, Tableau/PowerBI, Cloud Data Warehouse, ETL or Data Governance tool considered a strong advantage
Data Management or Data Stewardship certification preferred
Fluent English is required in communication
