Role Overview

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering
- Strong Coding Fundamentals: Proficiency in backend technologies such as Go, Python, Java, etc.
- AI Engineering Culture: Experience with leveraging AI coding agents (e.g
- Claude Code)
- Deep Cloud & Ecosystem Expertise: Production-grade experience with AWS, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), microservices, and distributed databases/data warehouses (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
- AI & Data Infrastructure Experience: Practical experience working with large data volumes, data pipelines, or integrating AI/LLM technologies into production environments.
- Proven Technical Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical workflows or driving complex cross-team initiatives
- Extreme Autonomy: A true independent operator who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Strong Collaboration & Alignment Skills: Ability to build technical consensus and inspire peers.
