About this role
Role Overview
Provide exceptional 1st line technical support to users at all levels of the business
Handle 1st line support issues via phone, email and self-service
Manage and prioritise workload within team
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using established processes and procedures
Work within a shift system between the hours of 7.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, including bank holidays
Requirements
1-2 years commercial experience in a 1st line IT service desk role
Excellent communication skills
Experience with a diverse range of hardware and software
Customer focused with a passion for solving technical issues
Capability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and peers
Extensive IT Support experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Knowledge of Windows operating systems including Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP and DNS)
Understanding of VoIP Phone System technology
Knowledge of AD and Azure user Admin
Proven experience in a similar helpdesk role
A second language (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Italian or Turkish) is an advantage
