Weigh and grade grain in all inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual tools for measurement.
Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customers in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
Answer telephone promptly and direct calls as needed.
Maintain a clean work area.
Assist other personnel as needed.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Requirements
0-6+ months of Operations, Business Operations and/or Customer Service
High school diploma or GED preferred
General data entry and computer skills
Ability to work longer days, weekends, and/or holidays during peak seasons
