Machine Operator, Entry Level

Role Overview

• Trim, lift, and stack rubber mats
• Comply with all safety processes and procedures for safe operation of the machinery and equipment
• Perform housekeeping and basic equipment maintenance tasks using hand tools
• Assist with machine preventive maintenance, mold changes, and material changeovers
• Work within a team to perform all essential job duties
• Meet or exceed all performance and productivity standards

Requirements

• Experience performing light maintenance on equipment
• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance
• Complying with company processes and procedures
• Following verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour schedules including every other weekend and holidays
• Demonstrated attitude of safety and quality as top priorities
