Own the design and User Experience (UX) for one of the key product areas;
Design and improve user scenarios and features across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android);
Conduct Product Discovery: collaborate with the team to research user journeys, identify friction points, and formulate/validate hypotheses;
Build high-quality prototypes, paying attention to micro-interactions and transition animations;
Facilitate discussions with developers and stakeholders, finding the balance between ideal UX and technical constraints;
Ensure implementation quality (Design QA/Review) and guide solutions through to release;
Contribute to the Design System: ensure consistency and accelerate team velocity through high-quality components.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product design (a portfolio featuring launched case studies is required);
Advanced proficiency in Figma;
Proven experience in creating or scaling design systems;
Product Mindset: You make decisions based on data, research, and common sense, not personal preference. You understand how design impacts business metrics;
Understanding of accessibility principles and the ability to integrate them into the design process;
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions, as well as give and receive constructive feedback;
You can self-manage, prioritize your backlog, and drive processes without micromanagement;
Comfortable with shifting priorities based on business needs.
