Managing the full device lifecycle: procuring, configuring, and maintaining company laptops (Windows and macOS) and other devices.
Setting up and maintaining MDM solutions to securely manage company devices.
Owning and operating the identity and access management platform (Okta).
Managing IT vendor relationships and the legal/IT compliance spreadsheet.
Acting as internal owner of ISO 27001 technical controls.
Providing technical support, training, and documentation to employees on company tools and IT best practices.
Evaluating, recommending, and rolling out new tools, software, hardware, and process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience managing and troubleshooting macOS and Windows devices.
Required experience with Okta (identity and access management) and an MDM platform.
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or business IT engineering.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT security best practices.
Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and account management.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple platforms and systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with non-technical colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.
Familiarity with compliance and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
