Role Overview
Portfolio management (Revenue, Retention, and Growth)
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Lead a squad composed of SEO, PPC, Content, CRO, and BI specialists.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Strategically interpret and act on SEO, Paid Media, CRO metrics, and conversion funnels.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or in Client Services — must have been in a marketing agency.
Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRO, and funnel strategies.
Experience managing client portfolios with responsibility for revenue.
Proven experience leading teams, including 1:1s, performance reviews, and development plans.
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Trello).
Commercially-minded profile with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Advanced English (required) for daily communication with international clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Organized, resilient, and solution-oriented.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
