Actively contribute to enhancing the efficiency of CRM operational systems and processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert, advising senior staff on complex CRM operational issues.
Guide junior colleagues on best practices and operational processes.
Collaborate with Technology teams to manage system enhancements.
Participate in strategic transformation initiatives within CRM operations.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and scalability across the revenue lifecycle.
Build and maintain relationships with peers across various functions to foster collaboration.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in CRM operations or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash value chain.
Proven hands-on experience in reporting and analytics.
Ability to work with incomplete or conflicting data and identify options in non-routine situations.
Demonstrated experience working closely with Technology teams on release cycles, user stories, backlog management, and UAT.
Ability to engage with and influence peers and immediate leadership.
Effective stakeholder management skills.
