Oversee the development, implementation, and execution of leadership and management programs
Collaborate with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and determine leadership competencies
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs
Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources
Partner across the company to identify target audiences for program participation
Develop and maintain metrics to track program success
Stay current on trends and best practices in leadership and management development
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Bachelor’s degree in HR, learning & development, business administration, or equivalent work experience
Min. of 5-10+ years experience and a track record of success delivering performance management programs
Highly developed analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and common formulas
Experience with Workday Talent, Performance and Talent Optimization modules
Experimentation and growing proficiency in Gen AI tools and practices preferred
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to tell stories and build a business case
Ability to effectively build relationships based on integrity, trust and transparency
Strong organizational and project management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and experience presenting to large, global audiences
