Fluent in both written and spoken English.
10+ years in client project management, with at least 5 years in a program management role.
Direct experience leading or overseeing project management for ONESOURCE product suite across practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with project and program management software.
Agile and Scrum project management methodology experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a preference for an advanced degree.
