Serve as the business analyst for the Consumer Data area, connecting business, technology and engineering teams.
Map and document data sources, flows, transformations, business rules and consumer-related table structures.
Elicit requirements, understand pain points, identify opportunities and translate them into functional and technical specifications for the Data Engineering team.
Propose improvements in modeling, standardization, quality and governance of consumer data.
Support the construction and evolution of data products, including Bronze/Silver/Gold layers, catalogs and data dictionaries.
Ensure alignment among stakeholders by facilitating discussions and prioritizing requests.
Perform exploratory and diagnostic analyses to support strategic decisions across Marketing, Product, CX and CRM teams.
Support regional teams on LATAM initiatives when needed.
Participate in, influence and promote data-driven practices across the organization.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
Proven experience in data analysis, process mapping and requirements gathering.
Hands-on knowledge of databases and SQL (querying, validation, source analysis and integrity checks).
Experience with data pipelines, analytical architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and ETL/ELT concepts.
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
Experience with digital products or consumer-journey-oriented initiatives.
Ability to lead meetings, align stakeholders and prioritize requests.
