Role Overview
- Independent, telephone-based sales of selected medical devices to existing and new customers
- Maintain customer contacts such as hospitals and medical practices and provide professional advice and support to decision-makers in clinics
- Proactive customer support via telephone
- Establish a Connect.Me communication layer
- Conduct market, competitor and order analyses as well as customer behavior analysis
- E-marketing campaigns to promote sales
- Ensure sales and revenue targets are met
Requirements
- Experience in inside or field sales, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Background in a hospital environment is an advantage
- Passion for sales and building customer relationships
- High motivation and self-initiative
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Well-developed sense of customer needs
- Team player with enjoyment of collaboration
- Business-level German and good English skills
