Train, educate, and inspire field personnel, new hires surgeons, first assistants, and OR staff.
Partner with marketing, business development and cross-functional stakeholders to design training programs.
Develop and improve impactful training programs on Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies.
Maintain communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training.
Continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements.
Coordinate development of training aids and materials to meet company objectives.

High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years’ experience).
Experience in Surgical Robotics or Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS), preferably within the medical device industry.
Strong clinical background with understanding of operating room (OR) environments and surgical workflows.
Proven ability to train and educate surgeons, first assistants, OR staff, and field teams.
Experience developing and delivering technical product training programs and educational content.
Skilled in creating training materials, lesson plans, and learning aids using effective adult-learning methodologies.
Experience partnering with Marketing, Commercial, Business Development, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to drive competitive readiness and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, keeping training content current with evolving technologies and market trends.
Willingness to support a regional Asia role, including travel and non-traditional working hours when required.
