You lead projects to implement and further develop management systems for quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 and IATF 16949) and ensure compliance with the management system
You conduct internal audits for and at the client's site and deliver workshops and training sessions
You take responsibility for coordinating the project team and handling project management tasks in your projects
You analyze clients' processes together with them and develop solution proposals, process optimizations, concepts according to the latest professional and technical standards, and workflow solutions
This includes close collaboration with our partners, active networking, and proactively acquiring and supporting clients as part of the consulting activities.

A completed degree; experience and qualifications in data protection and/or quality management are a plus
At least 2 years of project management experience with demonstrable successes in your projects
Ability to develop and present solutions and concepts in a clear, convincing manner
Strong communication skills and excellent written and verbal expression
Strong team and customer orientation
Independence, discretion, and loyalty
Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a high capacity to work under pressure
Proficient knowledge of common MS Office applications
Good English skills (desirable)
German language skills at B2 level
High self-initiative, organizational skills, and team spirit.
