Build systems using engineering drawings, configuration & recovery documentation
Support startup & shutdown procedures, ATP/Delivery, as well as post-delivery support
Support the build and installation of custom cables and wire harness assemblies as well as tray assemblies from engineering drawings and interconnect diagrams
Produce engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics)
Perform detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas
Requirements
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent AND 4 years of related professional/military experience for Level 3
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent AND 6 years of related professional/military experience for Level 4
Must have an active US Government clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Ability to interpret engineering drawings in accordance with ASME and IEEE standards
Working experience building and installing custom harness assemblies
Working experience with industry standards for connectors including, but not limited to D38999, Dsub, twinax, RJ45
Must be physically able to move up to 50 lbs.
Must have color vision to identify cables and wires.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude to learn new material quickly.
