Front of House and Administrative Supervisor

Role Overview

• Supervise the logistical aspects of front of house and concession operations for the Iris Cantor Theatre
• Monitor and update digital signage in lobby areas
• Supervise and coordinate receptions with high profile guests

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of related front of house of events management experience or equivalent combination
• NYC Fire Guard certification
• CPR certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
