About this role

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications that support business goals and the ongoing evolution of MPI and Concert gateway solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for card transaction processing capabilities.
Perform coding, testing, and debugging to ensure applications deliver strong performance, reliability, and efficient credit and debit transaction processing.
Maintain and improve existing codebases while leading peer review processes to strengthen software quality and consistency.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to build team capability and support successful solution delivery.

8+ years of software development experience
5+ years of experience with Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
5+ years of experience with SQL databases, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and CI/CD and DevOps practices
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 8+ years of equivalent education, related experience, or military experience.
Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
