About this role
Role Overview
- Assist sales representatives and/or initiate sales calls
- Manage client accounts
- Market existing and new accounts; negotiation with company underwriters; present best options
- Maintain all records
- Review monthly renewals in advance
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to interact & communicate positively with co-workers
- Any other duties as appropriate and assigned by management
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ insurance experience
- High school diploma or equivalency; some college preferred
- MUST hold current Property and Casualty License in resident state; includes maintaining by meeting all continuation education and other requirements
- Must be working towards CISR designation
- CISR Designation or similar insurance designation preferred
- Advanced Leadership Skills preferred
- Life and Disability License preferred
