Develop and execute field service and support strategies for Teledyne FLIR’s imaging systems worldwide
Act as the primary liaison with military personnel, contractors, and end-users
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Define and develop project plans and schedules
Supervise and mentor Field Technicians
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field preferred
7+ years of experience in field service management; experience in military communication systems, aerospace, or advanced electronics preferred
Prior people leadership experience required.
Proven ability in troubleshooting, team leadership, project planning and technical writing.
Able and willing to travel approximately 20%
30%, mostly domestic with some international travel.
