Quality Analyst – Safer Gaming

Role Overview

• Conduct quality assessments of our daily operations
• Coordinate with operations teams to address issues identified during quality checks
• Report quality assessment results, highlighting key performance metrics, to management
• Master all aspects of operational processes and workflows
• Benchmark market best practices for customer protection
• Support the Safer Gaming training team with targeted coaching and training
• Drive operational performance improvements through targeted recommendations, in collaboration with the training team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality system

Requirements

• At least one proven successful work experience in a relevant role
• Strong analytical skills used to inform decision-making
• Meticulous attention to quality and detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams
• Full fluency in English and French
