Collaborate in defining the sales strategy, business plans and financial forecasts for the sectors / products in which he / she is specialised
Maximise profitability with clients through appropriate pricing of new business wins, product extensions and cross-selling other BBVA products
Drive the execution of the sales strategy, achieving new business sales objectives, maintaining current revenue streams, expanding market share and increasing the share of wallet with target client
Manage the entire sales process (including visits / call plans, proposals and implementation), providing EMEA coverage and acting as a link between BBVA and the client
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential new business wins, documenting status and assumptions throughout the sales process
Understand clients' needs and strategic decisions
Stay abreast of national and international news that may affect his / her sector
Interact directly with the client at a top management level
Manage the entire admission process (proposal's preparation, submission and presentation for approval)
Represent BBVA at external market / industry forums and roadshows.
Requirements
At least 12 years of previous relevant experience in similar roles
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is desired
English is a requirement
Spanish or other European languages would be a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-performance environment
