The AI Project Manager leads the delivery of AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives across the Home Lending organization.
This role operates at the intersection of business, technology delivery, and data/AI innovation, ensuring AI use cases are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and scalable manner.
The role will drive end-to-end execution of initiatives aligned to the Home Lending AI roadmap, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, risk partners, and external vendors to translate AI concepts into production-ready capabilities that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.
Requirements
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and enterprise governance practices
Experience managing dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams
Ability to translate business needs into structured execution plans
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
Experience in Home Lending, Mortgage, or Financial Services
Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or data-driven initiatives
Familiarity with model risk management, compliance, or audit processes
Experience with centralized intake/prioritization models and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Daptiv)
PMP, Agile, or SAFE certification
