Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI capabilities within CPQ
Partner with various teams to identify high-value use cases
Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI-enabled CPQ capabilities
Establish clear business rules and governance requirements
Work with data, architecture, and engineering teams to define data requirements and integration needs
Lead business process design for future-state AI-enabled workflows
Drive user acceptance testing and change management
Monitor product performance and business impact using defined KPIs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
7+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business systems, pricing operations, sales operations, or quote-to-cash transformation roles
Deep knowledge of CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, approvals, quote generation, and downstream quote-to-cash impacts
Experience working with enterprise CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Apttus/Conga, ServiceNow CPQ, or similar solutions
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across business and technical audiences.
