supports the human resources function in the implementation and execution of effective human resource policies and practices
provides expertise through HR consulting and coaching including working with business leaders to solve significant people issues
provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, contingent labor, performance management, workforce reductions
Works across multiple Human Resources sub-families including: Compensation, Benefits, Strategic Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisition, HR program/policy development, compliance, employee hiring, onboarding, training
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3+ or more years of experience of applied HR experience in various Corporate functions
2+ or more years of experience in employment laws and strong investigation experience
Experience with Workday, Service Now, or other related HRIS and service support systems
Proficiency in MS Office Programs
