Role Overview
- Provides strategic and operational leadership for retail pharmacy services
- Drives financial performance, growth initiatives, clinical campaigns, regulatory compliance, and technology implementation
- Leads enterprise pharmacy growth initiatives and oversees implementation of innovative pharmacy technologies
- Ensures efficient prescription dispensing and inventory management
- Accountable for the full Retail Pharmacy P&L and evaluates business cases for new market opportunities
Requirements
- Advanced degree, PharmD, or B.S. of Pharmacy
- 8 or more years of technical experience
- 5 or more years of management experience
- Active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state if PharmD or PharmBS
- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
