Build and scale the Content function from the ground up, establishing content processes, editorial planning, governance, and scalable ways of working.
Own the end-to-end content strategy across social media, CRM, app, website, search, retail to drive brand awareness, trust, and engagement.
Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns, creating compelling content that educates, inspires, and strengthens our brand positioning.
Build and manage strategic relationships with medical experts, KOLs, influencers, creators, and brand partners to amplify reach, credibility, and advocacy.
Measure and optimize brand and content performance using insights, consumer research, and engagement metrics to continuously improve campaigns and storytelling.
Requirements
Proven experience in high-growth startups, scale-ups or e-commerce environments; experience in FemTech, DTC health, wellness, consumer healthcare, or other regulated consumer categories is a strong plus.
Demonstrated success developing and executing brand, content, social media, influencer, and community strategies that drive awareness and engagement.
Strong expertise in content strategy, storytelling, campaign development, influencer marketing, social media, and communications across digital channels. Experience with AI generated content development processes.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, capable of transforming complex topics into engaging, consumer-centric content while thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, manage external partners and creators, and build trusted relationships with medical experts and key opinion leaders.
