About this role

Support the design and delivery of foundation and structural systems across a range of infrastructure and renewable energy projects
Collaborate closely with senior engineers and contribute to projects from concept through construction
Focus on structural design for solar tracker systems, equipment pads, and site development structures
Participate in structural engineering efforts for utility substation projects and design shallow and deep foundations
Perform load calculations and develop structural models using accepted FEA tools
Coordinate with geotechnical engineers and prepare structural drawings and specifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
EIT certification required, PE in progress preferred
5-8 years of experience in structural design, with exposure to foundation engineering, energy, or infrastructure projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with structural software (e.g., RISA, RAM, STAAD) preferred
Working knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI standards
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn
Willingness to travel (10–15%) for occasional site visits or field support
