Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy
Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement

Bachelor's degree in any field
5 years of Product Management experience
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration (preferred)
2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech sectors (preferred)
1+ years of experience in Management Consulting (preferred)
10+ years of experience in Product Management in Data Management or Data Protection (preferred)
Solid people leadership experience
Strong executive communication skills
