Facilitate seamless examiner onboarding by managing end-to-end logistics for examination readiness (e.g., application provisioning and access, coordinating facility access)
Drive process excellence by identifying and executing continuous improvement opportunities within the Regulatory Affairs team
Govern facility logistics and maintenance for large-scale on-site examiner teams across multiple sites, ensuring operational readiness
Manage critical correspondence and document flow between the Company and regulatory agencies, utilizing secure portals to maintain data integrity and compliance
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory data collection and management, enabling actionable business insights and a proactive approach to regulatory matters
Champion operational efficiency by designing and deploying AI-driven tools that automate manual workflows and streamline regulatory processes
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management or Process Management
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience preferred
At least 1 year of Compliance, Legal, Regulatory or Operations experience preferred
At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal and external business clients preferred
At least 2 years of experience using Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools preferred
Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills
