own the IT Performance Management Technology Program
governance and oversight of the program
ownership and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
manage reporting for Technology Objectives and Key Results (OKR's)
partner with the collective Technology Insights organization, Technology Risk, Technology Strategy
mentor to more junior employees
consult with clients and mentors on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring
analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management
