Role Overview
- Facilitate intake and assessment of new work requests.
- Support prioritization and portfolio governance processes.
- Update JIRA, Confluence, and BI reports.
- Facilitate Quarterly PI Planning sessions.
- Maintain capacity plans, resource forecasts, and staffing projections.
- Track portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
- Support financial planning, investment reviews, and funding requests.
- Prepare executive reporting and governance materials.
- Coordinate communication across business and technology stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years supporting portfolio, demand, delivery, or project management functions.
