Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from local stakeholders and ABB Group
Translate business needs into effective SAP solutions
Design, optimize, and support Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
Create and maintain business process documentation, Business Blueprints, and functional specifications
Collaborate with technical teams on system enhancements and custom developments
Act as the SAP SD Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing functional expertise
Plan, execute, and support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Support SAP operations through incident resolution and continuous process improvement
Design and assist in the development of business processes
Build strong relationships within the business.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience as an SAP SD Functional Analyst
Participation in a minimum of two end-to-end SAP implementation projects
Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
Solid knowledge of its integration with Logistics and Production modules
Understanding of Sales, Distribution, and Logistics business processes, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with query design and basic ABAP debugging skills
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proactive approach to continuous improvement
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Willingness to travel occasionally to ABB locations
Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
