About this role
Role Overview
- Assist licensed electricians with residential solar electrical installations
- Prepare job sites and organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Pull wire, install conduit, and assist with electrical rough-in work
- Help install inverters, disconnects, breakers, and other electrical components
- Support service panel upgrades and electrical modifications
- Assist with troubleshooting and electrical repairs under the supervision of a licensed electrician
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Requirements
- Previous construction, electrical, or solar experience preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
