Role Overview
- Lead engagement teams to realise clients’ strategy and technology transformations
- Take end-to-end ownership of high-quality work products for clients
- Maintain full accountability for project financials and compliance
- Build strong relationships with senior clients’ personnel
Requirements
- Master's degree from a reputable University
- 10–15+ years of experience
- At least 5+ years in Big4 consultancies or similar departments
- Demonstrated ability to originate and manage multi-million CHF consulting engagements
- Proven experience advising senior client stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies
