Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in M&A life cycle
- Understanding of legal entity operationalization planning and execution
- Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field
- Well versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to undertake international travel
