About this role
Role Overview
- Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable routines
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations and financial scheduling
- Prepare budgets, KPIs and management reports
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Ensure internal controls, compliance, LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law) and sound financial practices
- Support audits and senior management in strategic decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems
Requirements
- Experience in financial coordination and team leadership
- Proven experience with cash flow, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and financial metrics
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of Compliance and LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law)
- Power BI experience is a plus
