Intern – Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Selection

Role Overview

• Posting job openings and managing the talent pool;
• Supporting candidate screenings, interviews and group assessment activities;
• Contacting and following up with candidates throughout the selection process;
• Scheduling and assisting with interviews;
• Updating trackers and recruitment metrics/KPIs;
• Providing support for the recruitment team's daily operations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields;
• Intermediate Spanish for reading and conversation;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• Curiosity and a strong desire to develop in Talent Acquisition;
• Organization and time-management skills;
• Clear and assertive communication;
• Ability to work collaboratively.
