About this role
Role Overview
Conduct active prospecting (calls, WhatsApp, referrals and partnerships).
Qualify leads and understand needs before handing them over to the sales team.
Nurture relationships with potential clients until appointments are scheduled.
Enter and organize information in the company CRM.
Work with clear targets for contacts, appointments and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve scripts and approaches.
Provide market feedback to help refine offers and processes.
Requirements
Solid experience as an SDR, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales or in Active Prospecting.
Experience in a commercial environment with aggressive targets and a high-productivity routine.
Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion and active listening skills.
Organized and able to record and follow up on all contacts in the CRM.
Availability for on-site work, Monday to Saturday; Saturdays are half-day.
Hands-on, resilient and results-oriented profile.
Preferred: Experience in clinics, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or wellness.
Previous experience in consultative sales of high-value services.
Proficiency with sales scripts, cadences and commercial playbooks.
Comfortable discussing self-esteem, personal image and life transformation.
