Dental Billing Success Consultant

Role Overview

• Own the claims process for assigned dental offices.
• Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.
• Resolve claim denials by drafting appeals with supporting documentation.
• Post payments and generate financial reports for assigned offices.
• Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address billing concerns.

Requirements

• At least one year of Dental Billing experience required (insurance claim processing, AR follow-up, appeals, etc.); two years preferred.
• Comfortable using CareStack practice management software and Google Suite.
• Strong accuracy, compliance and documentation skills.
• Self-Disciplined – Ability to work independently while meeting goals.
• Must work well with others in a team environment.
• Flexibility in time management is key.
• High school or equivalent (Required)
