Responsible for day‑to‑day administration and execution of learning delivery activities for a global, multi‑country client population
Receive and process learning delivery requests through established case‑based workflows
Perform end‑to‑end learning administration activities within agreed KPIs and SLAs
Maintain accurate case documentation, status updates, and timely closure of requests
Perform operational actions in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Set up instructor‑led and virtual learning sessions in line with approved procedures
Ensure learning offerings are visible, correctly configured, and ready for learner access
Coordinate learning session logistics

7–9 years of relevant experience in Learning Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Managed Services environments
Hands‑on experience supporting learning delivery administration for global or multi‑country populations
Experience working in a case‑based, ticket‑driven delivery model
Client‑servicing experience in a structured delivery environment is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Workday Learning Management Systems (LMS); experience with enterprise LMS platforms preferred
Familiarity with instructor‑led and virtual learning delivery models
Experience managing learning records, attendance, completion, and reporting.
