Technical Support Specialist role involving troubleshooting and assisting clients with technical issues
Providing support for web development platforms including WordPress and Square Space
Coordination with clients for deployment and technical needs
Ensuring customer satisfaction and high service quality
Participation in team meetings and trainings as required

At least three (3) years of Technical support experience
Has an extensive background in Web Development
Knowledge with WordPress, Square Space, Wix
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent and Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Previous experience in appointment setting or related roles would be advantageous
Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
Home office setup meeting specified requirements (conducive workstation)
Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/10th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 12GB
16GB ram, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
Reliable and high-speed internet connection with contingency measures (25 mbps and up)
