The role involves improving data reporting tools and integrating various data sources to support informed decision-making for property management and financial insights.
Responsibilities:
- Continue improving existing data reporting tools
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- PowerBI skills: Able to understand the data sources and relevant data for analysis
- PowerBI skills: Design and refine data models, familiarity with a dimensional model
- PowerBI skills: Develop interactive reports and dashboards
- PowerBI skills: Knowledge of DAX
- Azure and DB skills: Proficiency in ETL/ELT design, development and support
- Azure and DB skills: Strong hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory
- Azure and DB skills: Experience in Azure Functions
- Azure and DB skills: Stored Procedures writing and optimization
- Telerik .NET Reporting experience
- Basic Python skills
