Supplier Quality Engineer Summer Intern

Aeravox Dynamics is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer Summer Intern to partner with Supplier Quality and supply chain representatives. The intern will work on process and data analytics to improve supplier quality performance and assist in managing supplier non-conformities.

Responsibilities:

• Work with relevant SQE to work on process and data analytics to develop efficient reporting and process to execute supplier quality activities
• Assist assigned SQE to drive improvement with applicable suppliers
• Assist the Supplier Quality & Purchasing in the management of supplier non-conformities and drive resolution
• Monitor and publish key supplier quality metrics to improve visibility

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Master's program for Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain, Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial and Systems Engineering or relevant majors with an expected graduation date between December 2026-May 2027
• Project management skills
• Practical experience in data analytic software (Power BI, Spotfire, etc.)
• Qualified candidates must be US persons
• Previous direct/indirect exposures with manufacturing environment
• Some exposure to Quality Management and tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (Oracle or SAP)
