Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications for internal audiences
- Create and deploy high-quality written content including emails, FAQs, digital assets, and knowledge bases
- Edit and proofread materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand voice
- Leverage translation tools to translate communications and content into local languages
- Socialize communications and content with internal stakeholders to gain alignment
- Manage organization communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications across multiple channels
- Participate in end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of benefit expansion projects
- Work backward to identify project timelines, dependencies, and barriers
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute against the project plan
- Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and post-launch analyses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across the organization
- Gather feedback, analyze customer sentiment, and monitor enrollment metrics
Requirements:
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Experience with content management systems and collaboration platforms
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity
- Collaborative team player with ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, content development, or project management roles
